Guess, My Purse

Laurel tagged me for this blog post on bags.  Laurel is a bloggy friend who is getting ready to travel across the US to spend time at a beach town in Brazil where I spent a week last March.  She told me all kinds of trivia that I did not know about the town.  

Here are the rules:

1) "Post a picture of whatever bag you are carrying as of late. No, you cannot go up to your closet and pull out that cute little purse you used back before you had kids (DAM!). I want to know what you carried today or the last time you left the house."

This is the purse I carry.  Really.  I don't know if my daughter likes it or not because she makes fun of it, but I get  lots of compliments on it.  

And here, are a few things inside my purse.  My wallet, which is orange and a gift from Rebecca.  Two cell phones, a Paraguayan thing that many of us do, and a date book.  There are other things in the purse, but these are what I use most often.

2) " I want to know how much it cost:) And this is not to judge. This is for entertainment purposes only. So spill it. And if there is a story to go along with how you obtained it, I’d love to hear it."

I did not pay much for this purse, maybe $25.  I bought it at the Burlington Coat Factory with Rebecca once upon a time.  I needed a new purse and it took me a long time to decide becuase I pretty much use one purse forever, then pick another one.  That was the same day we bought out the store because they had a big sale and she got her BCBG dress.  I watched her try on SO MANY DRESSES and a group of little girls sat and watched and gave opinions as well.

3) "Tag some chicks. And link back to this post so people know why the heck you’re showing everyone your diaper bag/non-diaper bag."
